There is some slight tarnish to the square gold eyelets and the round gold studs but would not be noticed from a few feet away. The studs used on this suit are "faceted", not the smooth round studs. I assume that B & K uses the same studs that were originally used on Elvis' suits since they use the original designers of Elvis' Jumpsuits. It was made for a heavy built individual approximately 5'9"-5'10" and weighing approx. 250+ lbs. ***The suit could be altered by a professional tailor to take in the stomach/waist area if necessary. However, I can not guarantee the results of any such alterations.*** 1) Chest: 44-47 inches (If your chest is larger than 47 inches, please do not bid on this jumpsuit....it will be too tight) 2) Stomach (Measure directly around navel area): 44-47 inches (if your stomach measures larger than 47 inches, it may be too tight) 3) Waist (Located where you would wear the belt): 44-47 inches (if your waist is larger than 47 inches, it may be too tight) 4) Hips: 44-47 inches (If your hips are larger than 47 inches, this suit may be too tight. 5) Shoulder seam to shoulder seam...Measured in back: 20 inches. (The shoulders are are nicely blocked to give you a "broad shoulders" look!) 6) Girth ( Measure from top of shoulder near neck, down front of body, between your legs, and back up to top of shoulder) approximately 76 Inches 7) Sleeve Length from shoulder seam to end of sleeve: 26 inches (inside wrist area) to 28 inches at the tip of the outside cuff. (The sleeve length would be difficult to be altered since the decorations go all the way to the end of the sleeve) 8) Arm Pit seam to bottom of leg: Approximately 53 inches 9) Inseam (from inside crotch to bottom of leg): You most likely will be wearing boots with this jumpsuit so figure in the height of the heels. 29-30 inches (there is approximately a 2 inch hem that could be let out if necessary.) 10) Gold Lame' Kick Pleat in bottom of pants: 17 inches of Kick Pleat 11) Length of jumpsuit from back of neck seam to bottom of legs: 64-65 inches 12) Collar height: Contoured 3 inches in back to a 4 inch angle in front 13) Upper Thigh Size: 28-30 inches (This suit was made for a person with large thighs and stocky legs. If you have thin legs then this suit will most likely be too big. 14) Cape: The cape measurements are 68 inches wide (stretched side to side) by 30 inches high (from the upper middle seam to bottom seam). The cape is attached to the underside of the collar with metal clasps and velcro for a secure attachment (as seen in below photo). The back of the cape is Gold Lame' Fabric. 15) Belt: The high quality belt is made of white naugahyde and is called the "Planet Belt" with gold metal plated side pieces.
