In Lilly world, this is called the Prussia skort embroidered in Stowaway green, fruit cup embroidery. The skort underneath is white cotton so it lays flat and you won't have the textured seersucker against your skin. I bought this online from a Lilly boutique store but it doesn't fit me as well as I want and want someone to really enjoy it! The shell is 100% cotton but the lining has 3% spandex so it does have some give to it. Size 10. Measurements are approx: 17' waist, 20" hips, 15.5" long. Excellent condition.
