Maria de Jesus.  Those usually are with diamond patterns, though.  Anyway, it is hand woven and in fantastic shape such that it seams new, but the weaving is good old fashioned quality.  At 32.5" wide and 49" long it is a nice size to use as a wrap.  The neckline is about 23-24" + around so will go over most heads without any alteration.  The cats have bright yellow eyes.  The color combination is pretty unusual, so I'm thinking there was a purpose for this huipil, but I do not know what that could be.  It is indeed striking.  The neckline has hand stitching in blue all the way around.  It is very nicely finished.  I am downsizing in preparation for a move, and do not take returns.  Shipping is free on this one.  I do combine shipping.
